The cashback sits pending for weeks, then gets declined without a real explanation.
Support asks for the click time, the rate, the order number. Your confirmation email isn’t always enough.
Go through your cashback site, then on to the store. Affiliate links are left untouched.
Offer activation, redirects, order confirmation, all timestamped. If tracking looks broken along the way, you get a warning.
Each cashback’s status is tracked. If one is declined or never arrives, you export a PDF with the timeline and a claim message.

“Hello, I activated the cashback offer before placing this order. Please find the timeline and tracking reference attached…”
It only keeps what the waitlist needs: your email, your language and, if you give it, your cashback site. No ad cookies, no analytics.
Privacy policyNo subscription, no ads, and no cut of your cashback.
When you click an offer, the cashback site sends you to the store with a tracking ID, sometimes stored in a cookie. After you buy, the store reports the order to the cashback site. If that link breaks along the way, the purchase isn’t tracked. Cashback Guardian records what your browser can see; it has no access to the cashback site’s or the store’s systems.
It depends on which ones people use. Tell us yours in the signup form; that’s how we choose where to start.

There’s no date yet. Join the waitlist to get an email when the beta opens.
